3. Review With DIR
Submit your draft SOW to DIR for review following the SOW Submission Quick Reference Guide.
4. Release & Select
Publish the SOW, evaluate vendor responses, choose your vendor, and finalize the SOW together.
5. Issue a Purchase Order
Create and send the PO referencing DIR-CPO-5937. Work may be scheduled once the vendor receives the PO.
