AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement

Strategic Planning & Roadmap

Assist from agency and organizational leadership build and deliver on data transformations, focusing first on what is of value to the org and its’ constituents, and then work backwards to identify what improvements are needed across people, processes, and tools. Also covers topics such as modern data platform roadmapping and strategy, current state review and architecture discovery, and supporting data officers as they review and plan.

2. Define Your Project Needs

Include key details such as:

3. Review With DIR

Submit your draft SOW to DIR for review following the SOW Submission Quick Reference Guide.

4. Release & Select

Publish the SOW, evaluate vendor responses, choose your vendor, and finalize the SOW together.

5. Issue a Purchase Order

Create and send the PO referencing DIR-CPO-5937. Work may be scheduled once the vendor receives the PO.
